Bernie didnt abuse him self as much and has outlasted Ron.
He has better longitivity in his genetics than Ron
Ron had enough of juicing soo much and now just ticks over on a cruise dose

Thats what i am saying and thats the reason why i am not against juicing in spite of being natural.
If you do adequate amount of juices, it contribute to longevity. But i think that "adequate" amount is the key. And that is too difficult to know in my opinion.

One ofThe reasons we have loose skin as we age, is because we lose muscle and the skin becomes loose. So if you maintain or gain muscle as u age your skin won't get loose.

No--not even close. The guy was super skinny and in his 70s or early 80s. Trained naturally.
But I'm not impressed by this guy--whether his physique is great or not. He's clearly 'all drugs'.
At least the other guy had entertainment value.
