Tried to amend my carnivorous habits
Made it nearly seventy days
Losin' weight without speed, eatin' sunflower seeds

Love pina coladas.  No homo!!   ;D

My recipe:

Pina colada mix:  

1 - 15oz can of Coco Lopez cream of coconut
3 - 6oz can Dole pineapple juice

Mix them up and set aside.

For the pina colada:

4oz pina colada mix
2oz Bacardi select
ice
blend

These definately take your "man card" away, but damn they're good.  No homo!   :D

Piņa coladas are great but oy vey, you wanna talk about a physique killer...that drink is loaded with sugary carbs AND fattening as hell to boot.
