In your opinion which aas gives you the worest acne? And also which aas gives you the least acne. I am guessing test, dbol, anadrol, are probably the worest and probably EQ and Primo are the better choices but I could be wrong??? ???

If you aren't don't take your shots when you're suppose to and keep the blood levels stable a lot of things will give you acne. I noticed this with sustanon. Masteron causes a bit of it to. Get some vitamen b5 and a good soap with benzoyl peroxide. Make sure to shower and use astrigent after you pop any zits. I pop them right away and wipe them down with astrigent or witch hazel. They dry up in a couple of days. Also sun helps a lot! It dries it up!

dbol for me. Probably because I didn't take it at the right intervals, though.

Tren gave me nasty cystic acne. I have a feeling the more I use it the less acne it will give me though. Alot of the time your body just needs time to get familar with the compound so it doesnt freak out everytime you reintroduce it.
To be honest, its going to be different for you because we are all inviduals with different bodys that will react differently to compounds.

i don't really get acne from gear i just get acne from things making me sweat a lot and then being too lazy to change the bed sheets every single day. i can run gear without ever getting acne.

What about an exfoliating back brush? Surely scrubbing away excess dead skin cells so the pores don't clog up has got to help plus help keep excess oils produced to the minimum?

I'm super prone to acne and it flared up on my back on sust/tren but a little sun and some body wash with a back scrubber like you said dried mine up pretty good....also accutane.

I have been preaching this for many years now and there is some science behind it, but you should try taking 1 Benedryl tab every night for 2-3 weeks and see if that clears up your skin. Literally every single person that i have ever suggested that to had good results from it. It makes you sleep as well. Much safer than Accutane poison and cheap.

Tren is the number 1 offender never had much from anything else. But Tren Hex my back looked like someone beat me with a bag of dimes. top to bottom side to side and it seemed like it happened over night...!

Diprobase has basically eradicated the acne on my delts. I apply it every night before going to bed and it's done wonders.

if i hd a choice i'd rather back acne than chest or delts
everybody is different but i think the key to at least controlling it is looking at starting low and just see how the skin goes

I do not know I started out with Tren Hex at about 300mg per wk. I got it bad so I do not think it is dose related. Now it did start to go away on it's own after about 45 days. I just bought some acne wash and a back scrubber and I was good to go. I am glad it is gone now because I would have never taken my shirt off otherwise. It looked like shit.

Thanks overload had some of those Benadryl Kicking around in the cupboard so took one last night and will continue with it from now on. Cheers bro

deca - few pimples on my arse and neck
tren e - delts look like a fucking war zone, but now on some gh which seems to be clearing it up

Don't know if it work that quickly but my skin looks clearer already and the spots are less red and angry???

I think that the only aas that didn't make my acne any worse was drol
on anything else test/tren/eq/deca/mast i had breakouts

Broke out pretty bad from tren - will try this, thanks for the tip.
Ordered generic Benadryl, dosed 25mg/tab. Is the original Benadryl dosed like that as well or higher?

Diphenhydramine.
Doesn't matter the brand, i have just always used Benedryl.

I had worst acne on 20mg var then 500 human grade test - it wasn't much just a few pimples.
2nd round on Test/Eq only very mild acne when dbol was thrown in for a few weeks twice.
Now on Tren E low test - nothing.
Acne was always on the face never on the chest, shoulders, or back or anywhere else - you can take care of it within hours or 24hr depending on extent with Vit A Acid.

As someone also pointed out - it's also a hygiene issue.
Change the clothes for every workout. And change the clothes worn at home EOD. Take a shower right away after workout. If you have too take a shower twice a day.

Well I have taken the advice here and have started showering after every cardio every weights session every morning and every night with an antibacterial soap ! Also added 5
B5 at 500 mg per day and anti hayfever tab every night , and the result is my acne has cleared almost completely !! 2 weeks before my show now so adding tren back in and hopefully I will be able to use the tren without any further acne problems! I think keeping the skin as dry as poss is key here!! I even got some melatonin ii on hand cos smooth said it helped him but really didn't want to use it if I could get anyway without it.

Test, deca, and tren. With Tren being the absolute worst. These made me breakout with severe cystic acne and deep rooted type acne all over chest and back...thank god it cleared once I got off them. It was hell dealing with acne, esp since I had baby skin and not even 1 pimple anywhere on my body ever prior to joosing lol ;D
EQ,NPP no ance watsoever (not even 1 pimple). Mast made me break a very little (couple pimpes on chest)

My skin was really getting good with mainly primo and very small amounts of test, tren,mast mixed in! In the last couple of days I have tried upping the tren and boom spots are returning again! Is this compound really worth bad skin , bad sleep, bad attitude when ok you don't get quite so dry but primo does pretty much everything with always zero sides. Finding tren is not all good my friends!! >:(

tren is bad for me, I bought a 45 day supply of accutane 3 years ago and have literally used it 3 times and still have nearly half, unbelievable how powerful it works, I mean I tried everything, including tanning 20 min per day, all kinds of products and nothing. Seven days on the accutane everything disappears big time, but my skin turns purplish for like a few days afterward, very weird, but not one zit comes back for nearly 4-5 months

Often i come across users having to resort to Accutane as a last remedial measure to fight off acne. Do a full cycle for a few months (while off), and you will never have to worry about acne again in your life. In my mid teens (twice for 3-4 months) and early 20s (once for 2 months) i used it and never had a problem again, except the occasional zit (only face and it was always the face never on the chest, back, or shoulders) even on 1.4 grams a week now. Your body goes through hell and back while on, but it's well worth it.

Update on my acne is since dropping the test out and upping the tren & primo my acne is almost completely gone! Combination of hay fever tabs , a back loofer, and washing more times a day has produced the goods for me! But prehaps the test had something to do with it as well? Not sure? But a lot happier either way!!!!!
