Because they don't need to. It's much easier to discredit the opposition by downplaying and mocking their message. They don't even have to lock him up, all they have to do is make.people believe he's crazy, and then no one will listen to him anyway.

How do you think this shit starts........Obama has to dismantle institutions first....he's undermined the military both economically and with DADT etc....he's appointed czars..judges...hiked energy prices...put the pieces togther....if he were to go after weapons in a 2nd term...that would all the real proof I'd need. It would go from board postings to an actual real threat.

I dont think any of them are communists exactly- but the laws theyre passing are certainly bordering on it, and could and will be used in the future if we get a person or persons in power deciding to try and force us down that road.
The rights theyre stripping could also help those that would try.
