Talked to him on Yahoo Messenger about a year ago after he got out and he was unemployed and looking for a job. He was really worried about the felony on his record would hurt his chances of getting a job. His trial was long and drawn out and his family suffered financially from the legal fees. He didn't go into detail how hard they were hit though.
I have no idea what he's up to recently.
