Actually, I think he is starting to prove the opposite. How many expensive cars do you need? We have seen him drive around in more then a half dozen expensive cars over the last few years. Sure he is probably worth a few million, but he has cars like he is worth 100 million.

Yeah but not 6 or more. Including a Ferrari that probably costs 300k+ We have seen Jay drive a ton of cars. Hopefully he sells/trades some in when he gets a new one.

Being on that spot won't be the main reason for making that amount of money, this is not tennis or golf. It's more the business around it (sponsors, invitations, etc). Which of his current activities would be that lucrative?

Jay runs his own enterprises... can't estimate the profits though... I'm sure he wouldn't have invested in his name so much if it produced nothing!?
Plus he probably has rented out commercial real estate in Vegas. Stable income.
Jay once said he has created nice lifestyle and has enough "to stay that way when it's all over".
He is a businessman, not dumb kid. I'm sure he has secured his life after the retirement.
