you can actually listen to reg lewis talk about his training and life on youtube. he was one of ric drasin's interviews. i actually recommended rick interview reg. his respobse initially was he's fat now. then about 3 monthes later he interviews him. watch for ric's reaction when reg condemns steroid useage. ;D
