Title: Jay Cutler Re-Injures Bicep "I Think It's Time To Call It Quits"

According to Jay's twitter,

"I re-injured my repaired biceps and the functionality just isn't there anymore.  I wasn't able to train 100% even after doctors said I could.  If I'm not able to train to be my best then I think it's time to retire.  I've had a great run and accomplished all my life's goals.  I'll forever be remembered in history as of of the biggest and best Mr. Olympias ever.  I want to thanks my sponsors who have helped me achieve my goals, my beautiful wife Kerry who has stood with me through hard times, and to the fans who made Jay Cutler the champion he is today.  Thank you and God bless".

Sure, how obvious ca he make it, 1 day after posting a vid on MD where he states his Docs have told him he can start training in 6 weeks.

He`s wrong for thinking he`ll be in contention!  ;D

the jargong now is like jay hasn't won anything in 5 years. but think that phil only recently won over jay and jay was admittedly off for that to happen, combined of course with phils improvement, but if jay brings 09 style package again and phil is off which is possible he is on paper the winner
