Last week you had nothing good to say about the Moderators. Funny how you change your story after being in Time Out. As you see, no one needs your help to do anything here. This site was great before you were here, and always will be.

I have never said bad words about the moderators. All I have said is they could use more help and I asked why my topic was merged with a junk topic. Other than that they do a splendid job.
They should remove you though because you post nothing bodybuilding related and all you do is trash talk. :)
