Title: important things ive learned throughout my shorttime bodybuilding
Post by: Hiitsmichael on April 19, 2012, 03:37:59 PM

If you want to get big you HAVE to stay ON testosterone, no questions, no pct.

Supplements are bullshit besides multis and fish oil.

If you aren't lean you aren't a bodybuilder. Starting at a lean state yields more results than you can imagine.

Gear doesn't kill you, fat burners diuretics alcohol and narcotics do. Be careful, get blood tests, they're cheap and they're worth it.

No amount of food will make up for gear, up your dose and you WILL get larger.

When dieting, fat burners and gear are your friends, a decent dose + t3 and eca will get youu lean as fuck if you starve yourself.

Clean food has it's place, but that place is in the last few weeks of prep.

Nobody has ever done anything great with their physique as a natural, hormones make bodybuilding.

You're never too young for growth hormone.

If you want to be a pro, get used to seo and slin.

High dose test is a must in the offseason, you can still look good with high test, but you must have it to grow.

Every pro athlete and a huge majority of amateurs are hormoized, hormones make sport.

You don't need alot of food to get huge, eat when you're hungry, eat reasonably, take hormones and grow. Simple as that.

Cardio is a huge part of bodybuilding, you SHOULD be doing it. Its good for your health and its great for your appetite.

Start young or you will have a decreasing shot at being where you want to be.

Your health is the most important thing,  bodybuilding will always be there, if you destroy your health, you wont be.

I agree with everything you said except the part in bold. Why is it everyone parrots gh15 when saying gear doesn't kill you? If anyone got bloodwork, they would know it absolutely can in high enough doses for long periods of time

otherwise, excellent post

I should probably rephrase that, gear can kill you if you're completely oblivious to symptoms or absolutely ignorant. The best way for me to put it is there is a much higher margin for error with gear than there is with the afformentioned substances.

Good post, bud.  Most of it is things the vets around here know from experience or from gh15.. but for anyone new or just starting this post is gold.  BTW if those are TRULY the things you have learned from experience, and not just reading gh15, then more props.   8)  ;D

I agree with everything but the health and diet part.
Some people will be fine after decades of abuse, some won't.
Your diet may not have to be clean for results, but it does for health.
Your kidney function tests can be completely normal, but won't show scarring of the glomeruli.
AAS screw up your lipids badly, especially when you stay on. Some people can keep it in check
by eating only clean foods. I have yet to meet someone that stays on heavy doses most of the time,
and has good bloodwork while eating whatever they want. So it seems for most that you can't have it
both ways.... diet is important if you want to maintain health.
