Title: I've always been an admirer of Dave Palumbo's physique

I think the problem most bro's have with DP is his face. I think with my face on his body I would look awesome (I have that Van Damme facial thing going on). Any tips on how to attain DP's physique with just training and supplements?

His arms are tiny real small.  the only thjng that makes him look over 180 pounds is that enormous gut
