5pm here in London, and just tuckin in to my cottage cheese recipe. :P :-X :'(
Isn't gaining muscle mass soooo easy! Especially when the protein-packed food
is so easy to eat! (English sarcasm btw)
This recipe is quite tasty as far as cottage cheese goes:
1 300g tub of cottage cheese (skimmed/full fat depending on diet)
1 red apple
few slices of pinapple (fresh!)
a dollop of bramley apple sauce
chop the necessary,
mix up and there you go
It makes cottage cheese taste less like moob milk
and more like desert!

I always eat 2% fat cottage cheese... with prunes. Yummy.
