"I haven`t drank or got high in many many years......in a nutshell,the only way you can truly stop is that you have to hit bottom, which will be different for everyone,then you have to have a strong desire to quit and to follow through one day at a time, and at times,even one minute at a time.
It gets better over time, but only gets progressively worse if nothing is done in an attempt to quit.
I may have Alzheimers,but at least I don`t have Alzheimers !

I know, unfortunately from personal experience, it runs in the family the disease, and it can be kept in check
Last few years also saw a good friend deteriorate to the extent he is a different person. He has it bad, and hangs with like minded individuals that don't think they have a problem. Its made him a bitter, angry and ugly individual.
To prevent myself going down that road again, I had to sever contact with these people and lost a friend, but he wasn't the same person anymore.
But not being a kid anymore, I had to do the right thing.

In other words, Wes is lying. Also what everyone fails to address here is that Wes is disrespecting Ron by joining and posting on "that other" forum. Finally, and definitely most disturbing, TMM4U is uncomfortable with Wes taking potshots at people suffering from Alzheimer's. We could expect that from an adolescent but from a man who himself is reaching the end of the life cycle one would anticipate a little more maturity, and a lot more class.

On a side note there was a camp set up at a disused car BMW lot near where I live for last couple of months with big banners "Occupy....(My Town Name)" etc - at first I would just drive past and toot and then shout "GO AND OCCUPY A FUCKING JOB!"
Well after a month of doing that to my personal amusement, I was driving past about 9:30pm after training with a pal (this guys a touch spontaneous lol) so as i'm moaning about how fkn lazy they all are etc he goes "Pull over - watch this" and no fkn joke he picks up huge fold up metal road sign and proceeds to launch it full pelt at the big makeshift tent/shack at the front with lights on hahahahahahahaha!!!!! So i am pissing myself, as the sign ripped right through the 'wall' and loads of fkn hippes must have got their little joints sprayed into their laps - and he just walks really slowly back to the car and we drive off.
If it weren't for the potential life dangers, I would be really tempted to torch the place.
