This is an unusual topic for TheWorm. Usually he is posting about his inability to get his wife pregnant, attributing this to his use of gear. I keep telling him that not every individual was intended to be a parent; he doesn't get it. Maybe now his focus has changed to men's chest's. :-\

I think the issue is that he had the entire gland taken out. If thinking about the surgery I think u should opt for leaving some tissue in so it doesn't cause the contraction deformity
