This is a general announcement regarding an emergency meeting called to review the status of Cedric McMillan.
This fellow showed up at the NY pro looking like Lee Haney with ARMS. Has anyone noticed that there is no one who looks better right now? "Powers that be" please give this guy the AC and get rid of the goblin.

Needs to rip at least a biceps, lat and quad, and bring the gut up big time. Arms are way to long as well, on a good IFBB bodybuilder they should ont go under the waistline when fully extended.
Needs to go more hunting too.

Well, I can see Phil has deeper detail in his back, up and down. And that's about it---more polished. Cedric if he gets dialed in, with deeper detailing. He could blow by Branch, Wolf, Beyeke, Centopani and give Phil a real run for his money.

By far, the most aesthetically pleasing bodybuilder we have seen in a LONG time. He reminds me of a black Francis Benfatto with more muscle mass to boot.

Regarding haney with arms, no. Haney was better on less(growth,slin, seo) and if haney competed today, he'd be bigger with a taper, and have bigger arms.
He would get his arms same place kai and vic did..

Not impressed - gut is too small, no visible oil in his arms, no torn muscles and way too tall. Dude should talk to Branch and Kevin English for some tips on taking it to the next level.

Cedric came in this year about 30lbs heavier.
He had a good year training. He's been working with ACETO.
Muscletech had a problem with him having a day job and dropped him. (hahaha!)

Weight doesn't equal quality, not even these days. Who cares if Jay is relatively heavy, all the weight is in that barrel torso of his.

The dude actually knows how to hold himself like an old-timer also. He's not just trying to show off his size, he's actually thinking about his lines as well, you can tell just from watching him.

i think cedric looked great.. but when phil comes 3-4 inches shorter and weighing 245- 250 pounds he will look "smaller" for lack of a better word.. the added size looked great.. but he needs another15 pounds (which is very achievable without any "ruining" of his physique) if he wants to go up against many of the top tier.. that being said, he can do that easily.. i do believe that he will win the o, and easily, if he does that..

Phil heath 5'9 245 lbs bmi 36.2
Cedric 6'1 275 lbs = same mass
6'2 282 lbs = same mass per inch
so he needs anywhere from 5 - 12 lbs more on his frame to Match Phil
he is wide and has no gut unlike Mr narrow olympia

guys calves are just fine
he literally has no weak points, and has the best shape to come along in years.
I think if he progresses and adds more quality size and approaches Colemans level of freakishness, he could..(i said COULD) be the best ever...we have never seen a guy that big, that complete and with such good lines. Ronnie is the best ever, but had no calves and funky abs...this dude lacks nothing. He's Paul Dillet with a back, minus the horrible chest veins... and not spastic. Dillet did have cleaner lines in his abs, and better legs.
If i had to pick nits, he lacks bicep peak..that's the only negative i can come up with...and it's not even a negative...his arms are gigantic
I firmly believe if this guy plays his cards right he can knock off Phil next year and dominate for years, he needs to keep the lines and get 5% freakier. I think he's the best now, but the judges standards demand more mass, why...I have no idea

Todays standards suck. They want you to have over grown legs and oil in your shoulders, unlike Cedric.

He's missing the bloat and the water retension of the current champions. He has to inject some oil and get more softer to be in the top three.
That is one fantastic phyique that will be over looked.

7 lb only works if you are under 5'11 and it only works on 200 lb pound bodybuilders, cause 7 lb is a certain fraction of 200, so to convert 240 into relative size you would need at least 8 lb for the first 3 inches and ten pound for the next 2 inches at least. This equals 44 lb for Cedric to look as muscular as Phil Heath with correct size and proportions.
Now this puts Cedric at 290 and this is being conservative, 295 is more ideal and then there is also the argument that Cedric is not as shredded as Phil, which may take away another 5-8 lb from Cedrics current weight, which would put him at 270, so 20-25 lb to match Phill pound for pound and for conditioning, that`s the way it works, sucks to be tall in bodybuilding
