Jim Quinn beat Mike Quinn in the WBF (4th place in 1991, 2nd place in 1992; Mike Quinn never made the top 5).
Mike Quinn, however, beat Jim Quinn in the IFBB, particularly in the 1994 NOC, where Mike placed 5th and qualified for the Olympia. Jim Quinn never qualified for the O.
But, here they are from 1991.

So did Mike Quinn. He just had weaker legs. Jim Quinn trained his lats but his back, compared to the rest of his frame ain't that wide (especially with a thick waist).
Here's Jim Quinn from 1992, where he placed 2nd to champion Gary Strydom.

No no no. Billy Smith wielded the calipers that measured Flex at 0.001 percent body fat, as Jim Quinn looked on.
