I tried doing bodyweight crunches and shit every morning, or most days of the week, but I usually wake up lazy and in no mood to do sit ups. So I said fuck it I'll just do it post work out with weights, but after an hour of intense lifting I'm just too tired to be doing that shit. My abs look pretty good for never really working them out, but now that I'm getting really lean, I feel like I may benefit from working on my core.
Any bros in the same boat? What do you guys do for your abs??

You can do a good ab workout in around 5 minutes............get busy!! :)

Care to elaborate? When, what, how often, etc...

Just do 4-5 exercises in a row with no rest, and repeat one more time, right after you train.
Preferably on the days where your workouts are the shortest timewise and/or on easier days.
Diet and cardio are a must to really see them once they are developed.
Example:
{Crunches
{Lying Leg Raise
{Roman-Chair Situps
{Rope-Crunches
Do these twice (two cycles).............the second cycle will be a bit harder and you`ll probably get less reps..........don`t rest until all 4 exercises are done, then wait 2 minutes, and repeat.

I usually just let your mom sit on my belly and call it a workout.

You don't have to work your abs at all. Squats and deads without belt are enough.

kinda true
doing front and back bridges are a good addition and some basic crunches can fill in the rest

As a fat kid my only wish in life was to see my abs. I know in theory you don't really need to directly stimulate them to train them, but I still do. I do them first as a general warmup - hanging leg raises, which still kick my arse even though I've been doing them for years - and either a cable or machine crunch.
