Title: Interesting Arnold video... Arnold's transitions as a bodybuilder over his caree

there's not a lot footage of the oak in his prime, this is  OK...I think 1973 he looks amazing, 74 is just a still shot

i'd love to see footage of him in 74 if anybody has it...that is by consensus his best year.

I'll always be an Arnold fan, he gets a lot of shit from penis-eaters here, but in his prime he was phenomenal, and he was a beast in the gym.

1973/74 - Undisputed king and mass monster.

1975 - Slimmed down a bit, but still the king.

1980 - Superior shape/symmetry, but way off his best.  If he was a newcomer in 1980 and this had been his first contest, would you have proclaimed him the winner?  I think I would have.
