These days it's mega rare that I watch porn. Used to a lot when I was younger and I don't think it changed my perception of sex or women in general. I realize that very few females truly enjoy rough anal and gang banging 50 guys so I never brought it into my real life. When I had girlfriends I watched far less since I had to save the juice .. if you know what I mean. When I was single it didn't matter so much. Besides, practically ever girl I've ever slept with was willing to kick it up a notch when I wanted so I never went looking for it elsewhere.

To be honest, I don't really understand how it can become an addiction. Even if you watch every day. As long as you can satisfy the missus and not let it interfere with your life, go ahead!

And to add, I've never understood any addiction either. If it's bad for me, I stop. Simple  ???. You gotta be seriously fucked in the head to continue destructive behavior.

great graph, makes some good points.

i think porn has helped lower the rapist rates.  that and cop shows that detail how DNA gets you caught.

guys can blow off steam at home without trolling the streets in a police uniform at age 19, pulling over strangers, like a certain mitt romney did while in college (for kicks).

however, it has certainly desensitized us to rougher sex as well.

The question should be why the demand for porn? The fact that porn has always thrived should tell us something about what is and is not happening in the bedrooms of couples homes. You know, a lot of women's groups hate porn, saying it objectifies women, etc...but, let's get real: most men look at women only as sexual objects, anyway. It is just a fact of culture. That is the way it has always been. Porn did not create this view point.

Will you tell us another story about a European bint who wanted you to arse-rape her and you, knight in white shining armour on a brightly caparisoned horse that you are, feigned shock and told her to scram ?

And no, my mum or any other relatives, girlfriedns etc don't count ;)

A shame, because fuck me do I have a story about your mum  :D

anyone who has taken a research course, or is the slightest bit of a critical thinker, can see many of those stats are bullshit.  How can anyone find [with any accuracy] that viewing porn increases the rate of infidelity??  Porn, like alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex...is not a problem for most of the population.  some people develop massive problems with it, but does that mean all should suffer?

If porn is healthy,  then I'm one of the healthiest people in earth.  If its not healthy then I'm the most unhealthy person on earth.

I no longer watch much in the way of intercourse action, to be honest, but I do enjoy viewing some stripping and nude broad videos/pics two or three times each week.

Nude chicks are rockin'.  :D
