hi im currently using the yt3 training.im on my third wk.each wk i decline the weight but up the rep range for three wks,but on my 4th wk do i use same weight as wk 1 or up weight slightly on each wk? ??? also each wk i train a bodypart its different exercicises each wk for that bodypart.
