than ever and hoping and praying for an advancement in science of some magic pill that will cure them, and they, (they being humans) refuse to do the obvious, that being eating a plant based diet and become afflicted with numerous afflictions and diseases, and die much sooner than if theyd eaten a plant based diet. It's amazing how simple humans really are. Driven by their simple pleasures and won't give them up even if it meant living longer...The numbers don't lie my friends we've been looking everywhere but in front of us and the answers were right there man, right fucking there! Eating animal proteins at more than 5% of your diet should cause your insurance premiums to skyrocket. You're slowly murdering yourself eating the way you do. You should be charged with attempted suicide.
Look at the statistics as you whites famously say. There is your proof. So don't go looking for any sorrow for those of you that know but refuse to conform and those of you that didn't know but now know that the omnipotent being known to on this board as "Wiggs3" has bestowed this knowledge upon you.

The 2nd part Ill give you, he raises his own cows, breeds, and slaughters them, and grows his own vegetables, etc, so I know that his food is probably 1000% better than anything I could buy at the grocery store.

I have been eating beef ,chicken, fish..... my whole life , I don't eat vegetables , I've never been over 10-12 % BF, I'm very healthy .
What do you think about that Wiggs?

Towards the beginning of the conversation I addressed this. Genetics play a part in this of course. The question I ask is, Are you willing to roll the dice? If you are, that's fine and dandy but if you don't follow a plant and wheat based diet which is 100% NATURAL, expect to pay a much hire insurance premium. You're simple beast like desires for flesh will alway win out with limited intellect and closed mind.

I wasnt arguing simply about the french fry comment, I was saying that no one should be able to tell you what goes into you, or your kids mouths. Part of the point is, if you start letting the public schools/government whats going into your childs mouths, eventually theyre going to put somethign in there you dont agree with.

I am fairly libertarian, fyi. You as a parent should be making the right choices for your child, as you cant trust anyone else to make those choices for you.

I understand what youre getting at, im just saying that what you may think is right for your child, someone else may not want near their child. The only answer is to send your child with what you want to go in, and that the school should have no right to take that away from them because they dont think its a "proper" lunch. You start letting someone else make the calls for your family, what do you have? Nothing. Someone else is raising your child.
Yes, I understand there are shitty parents out there that send there kids with nothing more than a can of soda and a candy bar for lunch, but thats their choice and their problem. If the school is unhappy about it, they should go talk to the parents, not decide what the kid is going to eat.
Then again, I value individual liberty and personal responsibility highest of all. Just my .02

Correlation does not equal causation. There are a plethora of other factors involved in cancer rates. Just because you read some study doesn't mean it's now true. Studies get contradicted almost weekly these days.

I've had to put together a few meta analysis' for school, and even at the doctorate program level, it's amazing how many studies that are respected as ABSOLUTE TRUTH get contradicted a few weeks or months later by an even more "prestigious" organization funding their own study.
Even double blind studies can still be manipulated. 90% of the time, there IS an agenda. Not saying these studies have no bearing...but I think it's wise to take them with a grain of salt.

Meats contain arachidonic acid, cancer cells use this to make their cell membranes. Also an acidic environment helps cancer to grow as well as sugar. Plant based diets promote an alkaline state in the body, cancer likes an acidic state to grow, it cant grow in an alkaline environment.

If you are Anti- Meat eater..and want to make the link between animal protein consumption and the rise in cancer ..one can simply be link it to the hormones injected into Meat along with the way animals are fed down to possible genetic modification of meat

Times have changed in the last century, perhaps more so in this country then some other places around the world. When I am in Germany visiting my son, I walk to the market for croissants, cold cuts and cheeses for breakfast each morning. But then, they live in a small village and the walk takes less than half an hour.
Sometimes we eat when we are bored. Many people have more free time then they did years ago. It is not uncommon for folks to spend their evenings watching television. This is normally a very sedentary endeavor. What do we do while we bore ourselves silly watching a dumb television show or while spending hours sitting in front of the computer screen, posting on Internet blogs? We snack!
Even when some people are engaged in physical activity, I see them eating. At the gym it is either energy drinks or protein drinks when water would suffice and probably be better for us.
The formula for success is simple; if you want to lose weight or stay lean, eat less. If you take in more calories than you burn, regardless of where those calories come from, you will gain weight. People would do well to concern themselves more with how much and how often they eat then with what they eat. One of the most successful weight loss programs is designed around portion control and not based on limiting the type of food one can eat. Designer diets don't work because they are no fun in the long haul.
Not everyone has the same physiology. Some people are naturally slim and some not so much. To think everyone can have whatever is considered to be the ideal physique at any given time just by dieting or exercising is absurd.
