I've not been on Facebook and I just got the message so if its been announced already, don't shoot me Congrats on Shelby for his win at the Master Nationals. He's been working very hard and has achieved something that few people have had.

One of the smartest and hardest working people I know in bodybuilding. He is extremely humble too.. if you tell him he looks great, he will talk about the other competitors and how awesome they look lol. Definitely one of the "good" guys in bodybuilding.

I'm not a fan of his physique, but his training is always textbook style.
You need a strong focus and discipline to train like that, inspiring to see.

I was at the show... the pics don't do him justice at all.
Yea, he may not be flex wheeler shape or has nasser size.. but jesus lord have mercy he was shredded...He had pretty good overall balance too compared to some of the other guys who were softer.

But in all seriousness.. Shelby is a great guy and he has done my diet in the past and it was the best I ever was. He is just an awesome guy overall. You guys here just want to bring people down. This guy has done nothing but help people.
