do they squat?????

serious question

Poliquin(C) says they do...

Cyclist Squats.

This is a type of squat used by Olympic level cyclists who attain world record performances. In this variation of the back squat, you use a board to rest your heels on in a narrow stance (4 to 6 inches between the heels). The best type of board for this is wedged, so as to minimize the pressure on the arch of the foot. The higher the wedge, the more recruitment of the VMO you will get. You will also find that you will squat more upright when using the wedged board, so less recruitment will occur in the gluteal muscles. At the Poliquin Strength Institute I’ve had special wedges with a nonslip surface made for this purpose. When using a wedge the balance is different compared to regular squats, so make certain to ease into it by using more warm-up sets than you normally perform.

Strange build, i think we have found someone narrower than Heath.

Upperbody should always be bigger than lowerbody.

agreed, but seeing as he is an actual athlete it doesn't really make much sense for him to fully develop his upper body, since by doing so would it actually hurt his performance as the added weight to his upper body is a "useless" weight since it doesn't aid in his athletic perfromance and in fact would make it harder for him to perform optimally

and on a side note, it always used to bother me to watch a boxing match where a built and scuplted black dude would get dropped by some toady mexican with zero muscle seperation and having a waist the same size as his chest :D :D :D

Since when did riding a bicycle make one an athlete?   Everybody can ride a bike, but not everybody can skate or throw a football 80 yards.

What?

OK. Anyone can run, so sprinters or for that matter no track athletes are actually athletes. Anyone can grab you and wrestle with you, so no wrestlers are athletes.  I played baseball when I was 5 years old, so no baseball player is an athlete. Infants can swim, so no swimmer is an athlete. Etc., Etc., Etc.

How long after your workout concludes do you drink 30 grams of whey?   It's all the difference.  You wait 15 minutes, and you're going to be 175 pounds forever.

Not surprising.

The high-intensity peddling coupled with drug use can easily result in large wheels.

Remember, massive musculature is mostly a product of volume and repetition.

Athletes who train for absolute strength rarely have the same degree of muscle volume. They champion neuromuscular superiority.

another one, you and disgusted are pitiful. You can't get big wheels from peddling and drug use alone. If that were the case, then you'd be seeing big quad bicyclist are over the place. The man of course trains his legs...he is a track (speed) cyclist. He needs the big quads to generate quick bursts of speed.
