No kidding, how did this guy pass the test, thought it was real hard at the Olympics. Watched the female weight lifting they all had a ton of acne
-
LOL @ doping tests.
Just fucking legalize everything already, its almost to the point of being ludicrous.
Anyone with half a brain knows theyre juiced to the gills.

do they squat?????
serious question

Chunky upper body as well.

do they squat?????
serious question
Poliquin(C) says they do...
Cyclist Squats.
This is a type of squat used by Olympic level cyclists who attain world record performances. In this variation of the back squat, you use a board to rest your heels on in a narrow stance (4 to 6 inches between the heels). The best type of board for this is wedged, so as to minimize the pressure on the arch of the foot. The higher the wedge, the more recruitment of the VMO you will get. You will also find that you will squat more upright when using the wedged board, so less recruitment will occur in the gluteal muscles. At the Poliquin Strength Institute I’ve had special wedges with a nonslip surface made for this purpose. When using a wedge the balance is different compared to regular squats, so make certain to ease into it by using more warm-up sets than you normally perform.

Great all natural athlete right there.

serious question
According to Disgusted, all they do is ride a bike to get quads like that...
-
Two reps with 6 plates.
-
Chunky upper body as well.
To be expected at the doses he's on. Unbelievable that such an obvious user can pass tests.
-
it's clear the man understands the importance of nutrient timing. He doesn't waste his anabolic window after the last set of ab machine crunches.
-

Strange build, i think we have found someone narrower than Heath.
Upperbody should always be bigger than lowerbody.

Haha, it's so obvious that he is on drugs it isn't even funny...
Look at his trainer/dealer...

Yes.
Nutrient timing is often the difference between champions and the rest of the plebs.
-
well, now we know what happens when one's take steroids , and only trains legs while by-cycling heavily.
-
:)

agreed, but seeing as he is an actual athlete it doesn't really make much sense for him to fully develop his upper body, since by doing so would it actually hurt his performance as the added weight to his upper body is a "useless" weight since it doesn't aid in his athletic perfromance and in fact would make it harder for him to perform optimally
and on a side note, it always used to bother me to watch a boxing match where a built and scuplted black dude would get dropped by some toady mexican with zero muscle seperation and having a waist the same size as his chest :D :D :D
-
He's got that weird narrow shoulder structure that Chris Benoit had:

Haha, cephissus are you saying the key to Olympian quads is not to squat on a board with a 4-6" stance?

What I'm trying to imply is this is just another piece of golden advice comes from the man who once said to aspiring bodybuilders, "if it doesn't swim, jump, or fly and isn't a green leafy vegetable, don't eat it" ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

Since when did riding a bicycle make one an athlete? Everybody can ride a bike, but not everybody can skate or throw a football 80 yards.
-
im sure you can just hop on your bike and ride laps around these guys since you know how to ride a bike

"Anybody", not "Everybody"

Great genetics

What?
OK. Anyone can run, so sprinters or for that matter no track athletes are actually athletes. Anyone can grab you and wrestle with you, so no wrestlers are athletes. I played baseball when I was 5 years old, so no baseball player is an athlete. Infants can swim, so no swimmer is an athlete. Etc., Etc., Etc.
-
:)
I'd have guessed he was a powerlifter, just based on the muscularity of his physique. Wowser.
-
Anybody can ride a bike but how many guys can be >250 lb @ 6 bf% ?
-
I just started riding my bicycle again. I live on a hilly street in a hilly neighborhood. Maybe my legs will get big like his....I wish. Mainly when the weather is good, it is more fun to do cardio this way rather then on the stationary bike at the gym.
-
That's not Tom Platz.

Without glute pics, this thread is useless.

How long after your workout concludes do you drink 30 grams of whey? It's all the difference. You wait 15 minutes, and you're going to be 175 pounds forever.
-

If I wanted to invest a couple of years in training strictly on a bike the answer would be yes.

Looks like I offended a lot of English lit majors.

Yep, that could be me, minus a few clothes and add a bike helmet....which my wife insisted I get to protect my noggin. My bike is a racing bike though. Not that I race on it or anything.
-thinking about getting a new bicycle. Do you have any suggestions....perhaps a tricycle? ;D

Not surprising.
The high-intensity peddling coupled with drug use can easily result in large wheels.
Remember, massive musculature is mostly a product of volume and repetition.
Athletes who train for absolute strength rarely have the same degree of muscle volume. They champion neuromuscular superiority.
-
Fantastic legs, hot picture, hot talented guy

::)
another one, you and disgusted are pitiful. You can't get big wheels from peddling and drug use alone. If that were the case, then you'd be seeing big quad bicyclist are over the place. The man of course trains his legs...he is a track (speed) cyclist. He needs the big quads to generate quick bursts of speed.

x2 hahahaha wtf fortress talks like a walking ACSM position stand, and comes to conclusions that are just as stupid.

When this dude was disgused like 2 yrs ago, Disgusted tried claiming that all the guy did was peddle a bike and take drugs. And this is the same "guru" that King Kamali trusted to get him in shape. It shows just how ignorant people are---or how reliant they are on drugs.

I always thought the 'ideal' cycling physique was supposed to be big wheels and a chicken upper body. Like, seriously skinny upper body. This dude looks far too big up top for a 'regular' cyclist.
