Title: When to start the workout???

I was just wondering should I start workin out after i eat my meals or before I eat them or eat half then workout and eat the other half???? :-\.Also can sombody please give me a good tricep excercise without cables?

I wouldn't advise working out on an empty stomach.  Have a small whole food meal or at least a carb/protein drink prior to working out.

As for tricep exercises, you could do dips or lying tricep extensions (barbell or dumbbell).  Could also do two hand tricep extensions behind your head w/ a dumbbell, among other things.

eat 1 hour before and within 1 hour after training. most triceps exercises are used without cables, google and you will find plenty

I know u dont wanna use cables, but i do pushdowns,one arm overhead extensions, and dips. skullcrushers/elbows in pressups/bench dips/closegrip bench press/kikbacks are all good options
