He is, but I never noticed that he has "t-Rex arms"...I mean he is structurally flawed, but this iteration is odd. And the lack of back detail, especially depth. Looks like he is too depleted. He usually is very full.

what makes them Trex??
Think of a T-Rex doing a FDB, now look at Hide (or Branch).
T-Rex arms=short arms combined with smallish forearms.
The bis and tris can be full, but the arms are "short" in length, compared to Torso and waist.
Small forearms add to this look.

I see exactly what you're seeing. Hide does look good. But pre-Palumboism is starring us all right in the face.
