This little shithead Dave Henry came here in GB talking shit after a thread was created about him. Years ago... He was talking shit to Ron cause Ron wasn't "protecting" him. I kept asking about how he's a pro and in the Air Force (I was in at the time). I finally got fed up and told him, I would out him and I never heard from him again. My brother was stationed with him at Davis Monthan in AZ. Said he walked around like a little bad ass...as much as you can for being 5'3. Id love to slap the shit out of that shark face midget.

Hahaha funny thing is I'm not surprised, a lot of people don't like him I recall an incident that happened years ago with him and Stan Mcquay. Dave was doing a photoshoot at powerhouse chatsworth stans gym and Stan went up to him to say what's up and Dave looked at him didn't acknowledge and walked away, this angered Stan as he said Dave acted like he was too good and full of himself he was about to kick his ass

I love the guy but how Cedric McMillan never brings attention is beyond me. I'm not mad at him though. He's good guy. Leo Ingram also before he retired.

If you noticed why he has not competed for a while, it was because he was called up, and went overseas for a year. Kodus to David for serving our country! Much respect on that.
Also, I think his wife and him are going to start a family in a few months (heard she was pregnant).

I think he's a Master Sergeant(E-7). Those guys are pretty much attached to a computer and a desk writing award packages, implementing policies, and inserting their authority when necessary. He probably was the highest ranking enlisted guy in his shop. So that means taking the shop truck to do chow hall runs whenever needed(the have great "clean foods" in built up deployed areas), and the ability to hit the gym whenever he feels while on duty. Not saying that's what he did, but he definitely has the ability as a E-7.

Why? Being jacked should be a requirement for a soldier. I'm sure the military has secret programs to try and build the ultimate soldier. Dave Henry is what they would look like.

Naw. These people can't run a mile. They are out of breath walking up stairs. And they're type II diabetics. Sure they might look intimidating in a uniform if you're no taller then 5'6. But once the enemy knows the gig is up and these people are a walking mess, their in trouble.
The ultimate soldier would look more like a tri-athlete who could run 100 miles if need be. These bodybuilders are turds in a punch bowl.

Disagee, why do soldiers have to run? Can't outrun bullets, We have Humvees and helicopters if they have to go long distances.. They might have to carry heavy things which is what bodybuilders can do. If they are in contest mode then they have done tons of cardio. Being short makes you closer to the ground and less likely to get shot. ;D
