Am I the only one who finds the bleeched teeth/veneers all bodybuilders seem to have retarded looking? Kefalianos is a great looking man, until he opens his mouth and the fluo contrast becomes apparent. He seems to know so himself because he's uncomfortable opening his mouth.

ROM is highly overrated and not always beneficial (keeping tension on the muscle). Ronnies chest training is a nice example of this.

Agreed. However, going down an inch on lunges like Branch & JoJ do is hardly any tension.

I just saw their vid, and I agree on this. Maybe they got inspired by a Jason Huh vid or it was simply over and out for their legs.

this guy looks like complete shit. i don't get it, it should be pretty obvious if you have a good body to pursue bbing with after a couple months of training, AT MOST. with this guy, you can tell even before training he has no chance...

Because of the constant tension? When I lock out completely, I feel more tension on my joints then my quads.
The only downside is that I can handle less weight, but I'm not a powerlifter.
