The old dude was a famous powerlifter by the name of Roy Mason, I believe. He got into it late in life, and was a long haul truck driver and preacher, he use to give sermons while he lifted.

That's correct, As well, one doesn't have to be big or young to be a bodybuilder, either.

NOPE, that 528 lb and I believe Ronnie's was 747lb.

Fuck, that's pretty surreal. He looked like he could've got 550 lbs up without much problem. That really is sad for big ron. He outweighed the guy by 75 lbs, was a good 40 years younger, and can only dead 200 lbs more? Maybe Roy gets his power from all the whistling he does. :D

It's hard to tell because he really didn't lift till he was in his late 40's or 50's. I seem to remember him only having decent numbers in the other 2 lifts, but the Deadlift and grip strength feats were his main thing. He still has the record I believe with #545 in the #165 class at 68 years old.
I think in the video he was #148lbs.

That's #661 that Mason and Decker are pulling there, both were around 75 and #150 - 160.
Roy also pulled #237 around that time only using his middle fingers.
