what kind of loser wants to be that size, seriously ?

I mean I understand using steroids to get a nice lean and ripped physique with a tight waist and some good muscle mass, but this guy is obviously just overcompensating for his small dick.

I was wondering about the 8 plates a side #200s, but there is a chance they're built using 12 1/2lb plates. They are used sometimes on larger dumbbells to shorten them up. They're only a bit bigger than a #10. The handle probably weighs #8-10, but they might not count them.

Although, he's obviously juiced to the gills.  It's like telling a high schooler how impressed you are with his 1400 perfect SAT scores when he studied a stolen copy of the test before taking it.

I'm much more impressed with a natty doing 120's.

The plates are 12.0 pounds each. 16 X 12 = 192.  Plus 8 pounds +/-  for the bars & hardware. = 200 pounds +/- a pound or two.

View the video on full screen and pause during the reps- you can read either 12 or 12.5 on the plates several times.

Yes, I have way too much time on my hands.

to many posters here, this weight, the act of trying just to lift it up and balance it, would rip their arm right off their shoulders ;D

benching 400lbs with bar on flat bench is one thing, but benching 200lbs dumbells on the incline in clean form without any kind of assistance is entirely something else.

respect.

is he natural? ;D

of course he's natural.....such fine specimen needs no chemical help..... ;)

Everybody thinks they will keep getting stronger and stronger but reality is you may have already maxed out your strength. I benched 515 lb when I was 25 years old and I did 495 when I was 27 and have never been past those numbers since. I will be 31 this year and can not bench more then 450.

QFT....the thing guys dont realize is there comes a point where being bigger can actually make you look smaller.....comes a point where slin fucks your lines to the point where that extra 20 pounds you get from it is shit and most of it is in the gut anyways....cause its not quality and just kills everything. Reason.you see guys at 220 wiping the floor with guys 250....

you will learn that with age, you get weaker on max lifts.eventually.

my max bench and squats from when i was 25 seem absolutely impossible today.

somehow the body handles heavy weight better when younger, i guess thats aging.

Dude I'm older than 25 and a lot stronger than I was at 25 a lot stronger

wait till youre 35, or till the little injuries come.youll look back and say that galeniko guy was right :D

strenght doesnt mean necesarly brutal pecs, if only strenght was the goal, pop some 10 halotestin a day and anadrol, thatll magicaly improve strenght numbers.yes, theres some limit, where most gains made go to the gut.

for most pros its around before they turn pro, for non pros its way sooner on their quest for mass.

Injuries come with the territories it's about being smart and knowing what exercises to avoid
My dad uncles etc never strength peaked till late 40's it's diff for some people
All come down to genetics.. I laugh when I read stuff like the average male .... Peaks at this ... That isn't for everyone IMO

140's for ten is impressive weight for sure. Props for that.
Personaly i can do 3 full rom reps on flat bench with that weight, albait it is not a fixed weight but ajustable olympic bar pair.

I actually had a very weird approach back then cause I use to always go up in weight, around 14-15 % bodyfat, so I would take a gram of test per week, a shot of tren per day, and I was always a big fan of taking var in the off-season because I always felt my muscle harden up despite all the bodyfat. Then I used Deca to make my joints indestructible from all heavy lifting. So from all my experience 8+ years juicing nothing gets you stronger then this stack. test, tren, var, deca. In my case test 1000, tren 500, deca 600, var 500 all per week. I know a hell of stack but 500 is a hell of a bench, requires a heavy stack  ;D

seriously, no-one who actually lifts 100lb+ dbs is going to claim they could do the 200's like that if they just upped the dose.

I got 6 reps with the 160's last week and I know jumping to the 200's would dislocate my shoulders just getting them into position  ::)

i'm impressed by it and i agree that drugs aren't everthing, but i knew a guy weighed 165lbs in good shape could deadlift 380 lbs wow. after summer break from college he comes back at a juiced 195 d-ball only and all of a sudden he could do over 600 lbs, ;D ;D ;D ;D,i'm just saying. incidently no dissrespect to anyone we all have choices i choose to see my max potential naturally that's all.

yes, steroids do increase strenght like crazy for someone who just started them.

and then theres some steroids like halo, which dramaticaly increase strenght even for ppl who been on some steroids for a while.

the guy said his other lifts increased but not as crazy as the deadlift, bench only 30 lbs and squat 40. ??? ??? ???

So he drops the weights on the floor, then he has to roll them to the bench.  ::)

Then his "friend" has to help him get the second dumbbell in place. We'll never know how strong he is 'cause he's all drugs.

The people saying "well..he's in a whole other universe because it's so heavy, so you can't compare to drug free athletes." Fuck that. If he's so insane and in a whole different level, why does he need drugs to get there? Until he can prove otherwise, then whatever.

Not trying to discourage you at all, this is no differrent then someone claiming they want to become an ifbb pro drug free, it's simply not possible, that's all.

Let's put this in perspective. A 600 lb bench on the flat is way more common then 200's on incline for reps and it was not that long ago where no one in the world could bench 600, think about it.

Ok, I understand what you are saying but I have been around the block and no one comes close to these numbers naturally, no one. It's like the 100m run, 10.5-10.7 = thousands upon thousand, now how many can do an under 10 second run.

The 200' are the same thing, 12-15 or maybe 20 people on earth can rep the 200's on incline, now 1000's upon 1000's can do the 160's, you see what I am saying.

Also before you try to tell others what they can and cannot do read what I said
I clearly stated I won't  e able to get this on incline because I've nEver been a strong shoulder guy and you need serious delt power from that position

You don't have to let my opinion bother you, it can't be done, it won't be done, not by you or by anyone natural, count on that. I am not randomly saying 600 is more common on flat vs reps on incline with 200, this is 100% fact and not even up for debate. But like I said don't let my opinion bother you, it is actually my opinion that Bailey stopping a bullet has more merit then a natural cracking the 200's for reps on incline.

In all my years at Gold's Venice, there was one cat, one, that could incline press the 200's for reps.

Not Cormier, not Rico, not Jim Quinn, not Aaron Baker, not Ron Fedco, not Mike O'Hearn. Dude's name was Ray Byers. 200 x 6-8 good reps. 30-35 degree incline. No spotter helping him get the DB's into position.

200's for reps on the incline bench is very rare.

i seen, in person, jean pierre fux benching on a good day and he couldnt do it.

this was during his prime.

he benched 440 on bar at age 21, people have seen this.

from 21 to his prime was a long way and still wasnt enough.

and he was far from natural.

you wont even do the 200s on flat naturally.

make sure to video your attempts.

You are telling me what I won't do ha ha
You mean the jealousy in you doesn't want me to why are you concerned .... I sure aren't concerned with what you can or cannot do... Why because I'm secure in myself and I don't care because what you do won't affect me
Naturally I've replied 175 so I'm 25lbs away
Benched 420
And dead lifted 600
Why are you telling me what fux did as if that means shit to
Me.. It's not going to help me or hinder me
When the 180 and 190 arrive I will be trying those too
Sorry I don't put a cap on my abilities

I actually had a very weird approach back then cause I use to always go up in weight, around 14-15 % bodyfat, so I would take a gram of test per week, a shot of tren per day, and I was always a big fan of taking var in the off-season because I always felt my muscle harden up despite all the bodyfat. Then I used Deca to make my joints indestructible from all heavy lifting. So from all my experience 8+ years juicing nothing gets you stronger then this stack. test, tren, var, deca. In my case test 1000, tren 500, deca 600, var 500 all per week. I know a hell of stack but 500 is a hell of a bench, requires a heavy stack  ;D

interesting, never wanted to try anadrols? imagine the damage if you took them say insted of the anavars

im on 400mg of test cyp, when I up de dosage im thinking tren and maybe some a-bombs

30 degrees at most incline (at most) like he used in the video  is almost flat anyways, the thing gets tuff at 45.

benched 420,lol.i benched that for reps at my best, when on higher doses, but thats still a lKong way to go too 200s on incline or flat.

1 serious question mate, after how many years of trying and waiting for it to happen will you call it a day and admit it wont happen?will you give me a deadline?

the 600 pound deadlift, lol, youll need to be bit stronger than that to even lift them into position

That's good for you
So why do you seem to have an avid interest in what I can or cannot do
If you came on here and said you benched 900lbs I wouldn't  bat an eyelid as that has no significance to my training whatsoever

To bench the #200's, you need to be in the high #500's to #600 plus range on the long bar. In my head, I can't think of anyone under that range that has done it.

BTW your numbers are nothing, 1000 and I mean 1000's of people have those numbers, but a 200 pair of dumbells almost no one has, not that I believe you can do the 175's anyway, I mean don't get mad, this is getbig we all had to prove our strength through youtube videos, so what makes you so special, talk is cheap, anyone can claim this and that.

Sorry not trying to be a fucken asshole here, but to any experienced heavy lifters what you are claiming sound like you've never lifted before, and or certainly do not know what you are talking about. Again just to clarify, no beef bro, these are my thoughts, this is getbig, where the truth is laid flat out.  8)

lol incline my ass. His torso is totally FLAT there. And he is manhandling shit, needed the spoter from rep 1 and it was all half assed.

only guy I have ever seen ragdoll 200lbers was a prime Coleman and it was in a flat bench.
He banged them in the incline for 8 or 9 reps

Nothing to do with Barbados

lol meso, I tried not to make things personal cause it was just my thoughts but since you are taking this to heart I must say your ignorance is epic, way to prove our point here with your videos of 2 guys that are known to use 5000 mg + of heavy juice per week.

Nothing is personal onetime ... I just don't believe anyone should tell anyone what is possible or impossible to them .... Barring universal and physic rules ...

My numbers are nothing compared to 1000's because to me my numbers are just what I can do I don't compare myself to anyone ....
But each time I beat a personal best that's where I get my satisfaction
Yes I have pressed 175's flat and I know I can do 180's whether it's impressive to Tom bob mike or susie it's irrelevant it's what I can do... And I have aspirations of one day banging the 200lbs I'm just that kind of guy if I had them in the gym I would have attempted it already just how I am ... I don't let people tell me what I can or cannot do at this point I would fail obviously but I'd keep that as a goal... Perhaps that's what keeps me lifting challenging myself 20lbs I'm 215 now and I know i can can press 180's flat who knows as I get older and put on weight maybe if I was 235 or heavier I might get those  200lbs .

To bench the #200's, you need to be in the high #500's to #600 plus range on the long bar. In my head, I can't think of anyone under that range that has done it.
I hear what your saying
I personally think some people are more suited to dumbells than barbells and vice versa .. Coleman I think was a dumbell guy more than a bench guy
Over the years I'm more of a dumbell guy too as bench is just too risky and hits too much front delts for my liking, still bench now and again though

i know from own experince what it takes to lift 400 on a bar, and im naturaly strong.

it takes much more than just heavy dosages.

ive been around very strong people over years and there is no way in hell any natural could do this.

jaime, sometimes i wondr if you ever been into a gym.

You are pretty much an average gymrat Gele, i don't think that makes you some huge expert in human physical potentiality. Yeah i know the routine everyone is the same physically, everyones on drugs et cetera et cetera, all justification. I never said anything was easy or commonplace, i said it's a mistake to make huge sweeping generalizations about anything.

So you think it takes huge doses and more to bench 400?...

Good luck with your lifting

mesomorph, i cant possibly be jealous of you, man.im bigger, leaner and stronger than you, lol.

but you saying a natty can repeat what we seen in the op video is like saying youll walk through a brickwall, just give me some time.

benched 420,lol.i benched that for reps at my best, when on higher doses, but thats still a long way to go too 200s on incline or flat.

1 serious question mate, after how many years of trying and waiting for it to happen will you call it a day and admit it wont happen?will you give me a deadline?

the 600 pound deadlift, lol, youll need to be bit stronger than that to even lift them into position

gh15 called him out on it years ago .....the guy is a bigger liar than groink...mezo  lives and breathes bodybuilding and claims he lifts weights to "blow of steam" ::)

I think he has shit response to gear personally......cause its obvious he takes bodybuilding very seriously and his physique very seriously and has been around the block a very long time.

400?... hell no, 400 is fuck all I toss that shit around like a fucken rag doll, all day long... 400 is nothing, but 400 only puts you at the 160's, even when I benched 515 I could only get the 180's for a double and trust me I am a dumbell guy. To get the 200s for 3-4 reps you need a max bench of 550 at least and that's why it can not be done by a natural.

Anyway I like meso78, he is good guy for real, this is just my 2 cents, remember we are on getbig, but if he does it and proves it natural or not he will jump to the top of the list here on getbig for strength

OF COURSE VERY IMPRESSIVE, however I have seen that before a few times. Just to clarify, I judge lifts based on how rare they are, 405 at 160 is not that rare, in fact someone at my gym does 405 at 165.

That is super impressive it took me a long time to get 405
I would like to think 160 benching 405 is more impressive than 200 dumbell press IMO
Not a lot of 200lb presses around because maybe 5% have 200
Have you ever attempted 200lbs?

Not even close bro, way more people doing 405 at 160 then people that can move 200's, it's not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of what is more rare. My gym has 15 000 members and lots of juice heads, yet not 1 person can crack the 200's, the gym I went to 5 years ago also had 15 000 members and no one could crack the 200's there either. I have never seen anyone do the 200's in real life, never, not even one person and I have seen 800lb squats 585lb benches and 300 lb curls. Yet no 200 lb dumbell press. When I did the 180's for a double I could crack the 160's for ten, the 200's would have ripped my arms off, no I never even tried, no point. I have been around, trust me, the odds of finding someone that can do the 200's is a needle in a hay stack. The odds of finding someone that can do them naturally is astronomical.

Some people are better. Hilt for dumbell presses I think
I've done 160s for 10's flat but I cannot. Bench 500+ like you do
I stand by what I say 160 benching 405 more impressive that anyone pressing 200's
1The person pressing the 200's could be super massive
2 I've seen pros pressing 200 stan Coleman kucholo Cormier
Yet when those same pros bench 405 it's not easy these guys all weigh over 250
Put them at 160 not one of them could unrack 405
3 in my time I have never seen a gym with 200's so naturally not a lot of people will press them because. It a lot of 200,s exist ... Every gym has 405 and bench press is the most popular excersise in history so Yes you will get more bench feats than dumbell feats
Here are my reasons

Yes if mesmorph ate more than 1200 calories a day and ran a CellMass stack he could probably achieve this feat faster.

I see what you are saying brother, my point was that Geleniko said that you needed to be on huge doses and more to bench 400 and that he was naturally strong, which was why i posted the question to him again as a confirmation.

Which leads me to believe he doesn't really know what he is talking about.

Some guys are stronger on BB than DB, or have more of an aptitude for reps than high singles and so on, but yeah i generally agree with what you are saying.

I just think that generalizations can be flawed sometimes. But it's down to everyone to think/pursue whatever they want, everyone has different opinions, I'm not going to have a seizure because someone thinks something is/isn't possible lol.

Ya I can admit when I am wrong, so let me rephrase my statement by saying that the 200's for a natural are not impossible, but very unlikely. I really don't think that someone out there can do it but I will agree with you that you never know I guess  ???

I have never pressed more than 90lb dumbbells and I have to admit it was very difficult for me to keep control and not just yank them up and down.
