id seriously like to know what the difference in his diet was this year compared to last year.
whatever it was, he did something very right.
he even has the kinda sunken face look.
and the muscle hardness comes close to the chiseled times in the early 90s.
if this is the direction where bb is going then theres hope

Branch normally comes in shape. Branch's issue is his stupid training. Not only does he overtrain, but what training he does do is like watching a weird Jason Genova/Ted Bundy hybrid on crack.

Maybe if kai would have kept his gut in check on friday as well as he did on saturday, then he might have had a better chance at winning. friday it was hanging out all over the place. made his front double bicep shot look bad. and his side chest. he sucked it in on saturday, but it was still very evident in the side chest, which cost him. also, he needs to build traps. phil placed above kai partly because he is more aesthetic and alot of that has to do with the fact that kai lacks traps and it makes him look very weird in certain poses, esp the front lat spread.

I would love to know what his off season and pre contest food, drug and training protocol is at this point. Where's BFG he knows everything about this stuff.

oh, it's the opposite for roelly. that old lady has him eating cucumbers and chicken all through his diet. wft! it's like he never carbo loads, so he is always flat as a pancake.
