Before the show I thought Kai's mid section was past the point of coming back down, he proved me wrong. Didn't think he could ever look so good and conditioned.

Maybe the most complete Back Double biceps in the history of Bodybuilding?

His best showing since the 2009 AC and probably even better. Just a little more traps, little bit fuller and I don't see what he could have done better (even his calves are decent for a black dud without implants or oil-no racist). Phil was good enough to keep his Sandow. That whole "you have to knock the champ off" might be BS but it still applies. Anyway, one of the most complete physique we've seen in a long time on an 'O stage. Considering the mass he carries, that's no small feat.
