That little dwarf had a fucking meltdown on me via PM back when he was on MuscleMayhem. I was asking him so general questions about training and made some comment about how he obviously can't go into specifics of what he does with contest prep. It was in reference to the fact that he was paying someone for that and wouldn't be able to say much more than general stuff. The dude went OFF. Was funny as shit.

What's to ask? Lift heavy, eat and rerst. REPEAT! Pro's dont have a secret to training, its about what gear they take and how much. I find it funny when you see sminars and guys are asking training questions

Yep....epic douche.....I was stationed with him back in the early 90s and even then the dude had an anti-social personality. He was refered to as "that short weird guy who is always at the gym". True story.

Hes good but he has a Heath-like douchebag aura about him.
Also, he had the balls to criticise our fearless leader Ron Avidan at the olympia a few years ago. The little midget will never gain acceptance on getbig. Never. Getbig never forgets. Getbig never forgives 8)

I thought he was referred to as that nerdy little guy who relied on steroids to do anything at the gym, unlike some of the real men in the platoon who were just naturally strong and larger.

Henry's legs hold him back...unfortunate because his upper body is great. Flex flowed and his small joints made his muscles more impressive.
no contest. If Henry can balance that physique, he will come in first. and those biceps...fix them too.
