This has nothing to do with the work place.
They hired her, and they probably knew she did model and was on TV, and was I magazines, as it was probably on her resume. And the fact that she is attractive, please, they knew. They just didn't want her to gain tenure. And her pics are not that risqué.
She was a teacher before.

True. Maybe they felt better when the matter was more "contained." Once it came out in the open, they may have felt pressured to do something.

I thought that tenure conditions were different outside of the university setting. I don't know the specifics, but I don't believe that being tenured in the high school or grade school system provides the same benefits as at the collegiate level.
But, tenure may not even have much to do with this. It may just be coincidental that her termination happened now; even though I doubt it.
