It's in a holster, on his belt, along with what looks like his radio. A lot of these guys will workout with whatever time they have, even if it means taking 20 minutes while they're still loaded with gear.

possibly natural. guys like that have insane grit and determination to get those results, thats why hes a SEAL. I trained with an SF guy before, use of force instructor from Blackwater.. the dude spend some time in prison, hadn't worked out in months and squated 315 for 10 his first time back, right in front of me. ass to grass. couldnt believe it. SERIOUSLY intense and scary mother fucker. devoted to fitness and jacked all year round. those guys are a different breed of person from civilians.

Depends on where he is, but yes, probably. Throws on some deodorant, wipes dry, and goes back out to do whatever it is he was doing. (Believe that he trains DEA and SWAT teams).
Habits like this, where they do it day in and day out, night in and night out, die hard. It becomes part of who they are.

I have always wondered if American seals receive any kind of physical 'toughening'.... for example getting used to know how it feels to be kicked, beaten, strangled etc.
Plus if they are on long mission alone, how they eat !!
I imagine American soldiers in general having some kind of on-site restaurant with burgers etc. in the bases but surely some guys have to from time to time go on longer mission where no 'support' is available...
If someone knows, I would appreciate any input.

They do. SEAR school (escape and evasion training) is mandatory for these guys, my friend that was Marine Recon said they beat the holy hell out of you so that you know what its like to be captured and interrogated.

Yea, that's probably a necessity in order not to brake down if shit happens and you end up in hands of enemy... Guys in these kind of groups must have little masochism in them. Must admit I could never go through that kind of training myself, though I enjoyed army life and training there.
