'Strict' form is a totally abstract concept, what matters more is what form helps the activation of the muscle the best given the persons anatomy. When we usually say 'good form' it usually means the exercise is performed in a controlled fashion through a 'full range of motion'. Whether this is beneficial or not, it probably isn't known... Anyway, why is perfect form such a big deal anyway? ??? Whats so hard about it?

The best form is the one where you have to use the least amount of weight. Path of most resistance.
