i would say with more fibers per sq inch compare to makkaway.guy only weight 189lb lightest in the 212lb line up.

megadoses u got to b kidding though or may be you know somethin i dont and i am involve in weight traing from 25 plus years.this is hard core 80ties phsique.

Looks like a munchkin. Really stumpy, especially in that side tri. Nowhere near the level of Makkawy.

My getbig brothers never fail to amaze me.guy is only back on training from last 8 or so month with no contest in last 5 year...i wonder if 8 month gh use is enough to make head grow.i do agree that his head is bigger but i dont agree its becuse of GH.

i will admit that your friend butthead has a great back double biceps from the waist up.
unfortunately i think his narrowness cant be helped especially with the huge head. that much seems clear from the pic below. (in any case tell him not to put his arms straight up in this pose, it will look less obvious)
