In the US at least, medical doctors generally do not teach nursing students. This is usually done by nurses with advanced degrees. Also, don't know where this guy is from, but I don't know too many nursing students <20 since these days you need some college beforehand. Maybe it's different out of the states, but at least here, no doc is teaching 17-20 year old nursing students.

When I was a grad student I taught some psych classes in the nursing faculty. Of course, I was 21-22 at the time so I had a fucking great time!
I was teaching high school here in Germany a little while back (where the students are often 19 or 20 in their final year) and now I'm not 21 years old any more. All I can say mate is 'eye contact' - and keep telling yourself you're old enough to be their father.

An RN (Registered Nurse) degree in the US is a post-graduate professional degree and you often work for a few years before (sort of like an MBA) so the students are a bit older usually.
A nursing BS is a college undergrad program so the students are your typical 18-22 tight-wearing hoes.
