As for that video, the 45's on the handles are actually making it easier for him on the decline hammer strength. Try it take all the weight off and put 45's just on the handles the weight will fall forward.
As for Eric, there is absoulutely nothing to hate on. The dude is the Ronnie Coleman of the bench press at the moment. I say that being someone who has benched a significiant amount of weight raw. The guy's strength is unreal on the bench.

He's strong as an ox. He also weighs 320+ pounds, so I'd expect that weight to go up like paper. It's less than 200 pounds more than his bodyweight. Man has thick forearms, wrists, arms, back, trunk.

The bar was not a good bar for benching!!!!, it was more like an okie bar than a bench bar. The bar they had backstage was thousand times better. It just had a lot of whip to it, which ain't a good thing for benching.

Eric has extremely strong tendons and really big bones like we discussed before.Most people dont know this but bone structure plays a big part, in how much you way, how you look and how strong you are.
