Well, he had his lab analyze on his facebook, and his tests were 23 pmol/l. That's what ordinary teen has by nature.

I guess; it's just amazing he's drier with better condition now (while only using hrt and facing kidney failure) then when he was a pro on massive amounts of hormones.

Yes, I wonder why..could it be the fact, that most of you guys really are idiots? But never mind of that, I have to admit that I didn't see that lab report myself, so who knows the truth. Let say that people who have real credibility have seen that report, printed on the official paper of the hospital in Oulu. Last year when he was dieting, his rejection preventive medication went haywire, so maybe he has learn his lesson. If his donated kidney starts to rot because of fooling around with gear, they doesn't give him another ;D

Having ridiculous amount of muscle mass with just one kidney (thats not even his) is not the smartest move. Plus he should have learn his lesson about organ failure due to bodybuilding lifestyle.
He looks great nontheless.

He went from 140kg to less than 80kg (picture with hospital pajamas) before the dialysis. After that he has documented quite a lot for his fans in Finland, told what he used and why and all that. What he is trying is being an example, "do not try this at home because it will ruin your health no matter what".

By his own words, he uses one Nebido every six weeks. His weight in the picture is 98 kg/216 lb, he's dieting for the Nordic Fitness Expo 10-11 October 2015 in Lahti Finland. He has still couple of kilos to loose from that condition, he want to be 96 kg at the show. He has quite slow diet because he doesn't want any complications with the donated kidney, like he has year before.
When he was making his comeback before the kidney failure, he was making 50 kilos of muscle in six month with the gear. Now he has gain 20 kilos in few years, and it's not any kind of miracle for the guy who has weight 110kg on stage. Those muscle fibers doesn't go anywhere, you just need to stimulate them again and get them filled. With gear you can do it faster, but if you can't use gear, all you have to do is do it slower. Marko has his own supplement series done with the A.Manninen Nutraceuticals, so these guys has cooked up things which works for him. For example, he doesn't take protein as supplement, he uses plain amino acids instead. His way of training (ultra heavy duty) gives best gains for natural bodybuilder, he has years of experience and those frequently mentioned genes for the sport, so let see how it goes?

But there is the difference. You see, in Finland we have that communist nightmare, the municipal health care system, which take care of him and his health problems for free. Tom have to end his career, or he would be in bankruptcy and end up to begging coins for his food on the corner of the street ;D
