Title: Why do you need abs
Post by: the trainer on October 31, 2012, 08:29:50 AM: You should focus on your arms that is what people see, nobody sees your abs because we walk around in clothes all day and if a woman falls in love with your muscles and you talk her home and she sees that you have no abs it does not matter because you already close the deal.

Located in the centre of the body as well so that's the first place people look anyway when your shirt is off. On a competitive level, virtually every local amateur contest I've ever been to, it's always the guy with the best abs that ultimately wins.

Abs is what sets you aside from the regular gym schmo. Walking down the beach with a good set of abs compared to no abs at all is like night and day with the female attention you will get.

Which physique do you think attracts more attention, I can easily say when I'm leaner I get alot more compliments, you would be surprised how dropping just a few percent body fat can change your entire look and how people view you.

Plus, if your waist is small with good abs, it makes the rest of your body look bigger.

You couldn't be more wrong, I'm proud of my physique and have no problem displaying it, especially due to the fact that I've never had to use drugs to attain my build, I know that what I've got I've earned and it's not going anywhere, unlike friends of mine that I know who have juiced who's physiques are all over the place, big a few months, fat, skinny, all the while losing their hair and there minds eventually...alll because they didn't want to put in the work...I'm not negetive, the people that know me in life are constantly telling me how positive and optomistic I am. Theres a difference between being an attention whore, and being proud and confident in myself and my abilities.

I came on this site to learn more about bodybuilding, nutrition, and training with the addition of some comic relief..people being frightened to post a picture of themselves is beyond confusing to me being that this is a board geared toward fitness and training.

I don't think as many women have a great appreciation for male ass...at least not as much as other body parts (abs, shoulders, etc).
