I worked out with my cousin down at Popes Air Force Base. (nice gym by the way)
anyway did a nice shoulder workout.
what od you guys think about theset two exercises
1. upright rows with a rope. attach the rope handle things to a low cable and pull up and out. got a good pump tho im sure not good for your shoulders
2. clean and press............im geussing thats what it is. got me real sore the next day
