After my buddy shoots, a bit of oil comes out of the needle hole.... Unsure how much, so unsure of actual dose. Happens in delta n glutes, able to quickly squeeze on quads and keep it all in.
Other than smaller pin, any suggestions?

Just apply pressure after the shot and he should be fine.

Happens to me a little too, if you loose 2-3 drops the dose is not going to change enough for your body to even know.

Inject slower and then apply some pressure.

After you finish shooting - hold the pin in for about 30 seconds. Then pull out slowly and press the area just injected for 60 seconds, all the while slowly massaging the area in a circular motion.
Also a .01-.02cc air pocket works too.

This is what i do. My delts tend to leak a big after a large 3cc shot.
Losing a few drops isn't a big deal.

My buddy would leak out of his delta and tris. I wonder if it has to do with the smaller, tighter muscle groups squeezing it back out?

Probably so. I very rarely leak out of anywhere but my delts.
