Quite okay, especially compared to other heavy Texan accents
Expensive cars...I wouldn't consider a G class the safest, as it's basically a very old design, plus extremely tall and narrow. Not very stable in cornering or in unexpected evasive manoeuvres. ESP helps, but only to a point..
An ML will offer superior passive and active safety imo.

Actually land and property are quite inexpensive. I bought 10 acres in Texas for a little over 700 dollars. I can believe he owns it because Branch has made a ton of money over the years and its not like you have to buy it all at once.

No, I'm not from Texas but I've done a lot of business there and New Mexico. The acres I bought were near the border of Mexico so its obviously not going to be the same price as Branch Warren's property near Arlington...plus my land was undeveloped raw land. However, your money goes a very long way anywhere in Texas especially in land and property because there's just a shitload of it.....plus with solar, wind, and rainwater catchment systems, land that used to be completely worthless can now be developed on it quite easily, that's why I bought that piece.
You can get a 2400 square foot house in Arlington Texas for under 100k easy like this listing

They were pulled out of a flex magazine because the walls were bare in my weight room. Shit, I was just trying to explain how to a person who doesn't lift, it looks gay. really, i grew up in the south. since my parents are immigrants, they got major hate on some days. cali is more forgiven, when it comes to diversity, and the diversity of women and opportunity out here is only second to new york. so, it's all good.

Ok, in the south everyone knows you by first name on the block, but that's not opportunity. I'd say you do meet the lollipop/fake variety in Nails' part of the woods near Los Angeles.

HAHA, then again. In USA houses are most probably not built anywhere near the standards they are here.
Especially the 'ground work', all insulation etc. adds the costs but are necessary given the hard winter conditions.

You would have to ask him but whenever I need to get info on someone, the first thing I go for is the deliquent credit reports. That's why I got so much info on Derek Anthony....he's got a ton of outstanding credit cards debt, same with Phillip...er PJ Braun.
When I was pissed off and Adonis a few years ago, I did my search to find dirt on him and found practically nothing except a credit check at an martial arts facility.

Like I said, you only need so many sq feet to live, so I'll take 1000 sq ft less, more salary and opportunity and exotic women over the Red State, Red Neck bullshit in TX, anyday.
Try leasing a floor on in the building for less than $4K monthly, which is pretty much a monthly salary for just about anything in TX.

I was surprised that he has such a big home. Of course property is somewhat less expensive in Texas than it is in many other parts of the country. However, property tax in Texas is fairly high according to my daughter who currently lives there.

When I was pissed off and Adonis a few years ago, I did my search to find dirt on him and found practically nothing except a credit check at an martial arts facility.
For someone with a ton of outstanding debt, PJ managed to get himself a pretty nice looking place in Boca.

Yes, its a mansion and its a about a half million...if it was in Cali, it would be 5-7 million....point I'm making is that money goes further in Texas than most other states. That mansion in Texas is less expensive than a studio apartment in New York.

I saw a similar floor plan and good acreage in Plano for $675,000. Anyway, that house would go for no less than 2M here in Cali. If it's La Jolla, it's 3-4M.
Before relocating to Cali, I had a TX option but passed, and I'm glad I did. I'll pay extra for the lifestyle vs that blue-collar TX bullshit.

i live on the outskirts of la jolla, poor white boy. in a soft market, this 6000 sq ft gem goes for 4.0-4.5M in la jolla. now, we are talking about a property, which isn't facing/sitting on the pacific, which falls in your fantasy price range of 14-15M, esp the med style properties. don't worry some of us are rolling up on Alex23 real fast with less than one year booked in cali. ;)

I am pleased to have been the launching pad for your post.
Of course we should be in command of our own lives, I completely agree. To complain about something and then do nothing to change it, is unfortunately pretty common, I suspect. There are some folks though, like the immigrants you speak of, who risk everything including their lives to make a change for the better. There are also folk who almost never change and who believe that everything bad that happens to them is an accident and therefore out of there control. This is a sad lifestyle for many people, who for reasons I don't understand completely, would rather live unhappy lives than change them.
I don't have any desire to live in New York City, but if I did, I'd expect to pay a lot for a fairly small space. If I wanted to do that, I probably move to Paris instead. In as much as I am uncomfortable in large crowds, I doubt I will ever chose to move somewhere where the population is as dense as it in these cities. Heck, I won't even go Christmas shopping at a mall because being enclosed with all those people makes me extremely anxious.
