I seen an empty bottle of MCT oil in the gym so I did a quick Google search. It's supposed to help with fat loss but has anyone here had any personal experience with it?

Almost any oil can have a laxative effect depending on the person and the amount consumed.

it' nothing special IMO... avocado oil i my favorite "special" oil but i don't use much... costs too much
