Title: Weider Priority Principle

I've been hitting the hamstrings hard at the beginning of my leg workouts, in accordance with the Weider Priority Principle to bring up lagging body parts. It's been three weeks and I think I'm seeing little bit more size and defintion. Getbig oldtimers feel free to comment.  :)
