I think they were on their personal time when doing it.

My only concern, I think, would be the ones who operate heavy equipment.  That would be a problem.

The others, meh.

One of my first jobs was at an insurance company and the Branch Manager would have a martini or some other gay drink at lunch, lol.

Huge difference.. You insurance bro was not putting cars together for people to drive.. This could have caused many accidents.. It may have already..
