Most Americans binge eat at every meal.. plus pre and post meal snacks.
what is interesting is that every fat person always insist that they don't eat a lot ::)
and that their weight issue(s) must be hormonal and or inherited

I don't have such thing as "being full".
When it comes to eating I am like Charlie Sheen - I have one gear, "go". I have to stop and think about it or I will eat until I feel sick or even beyond.
It's xmass now so I eat whatever (and I'm still cutting, just moving a lot). I won't restrict myself from food I can eat like 3 days out of a year. I just watch out not to end up eating too much.

You stay lean all the time and it would be interesting to see if everyone else who does has a tendency to binge.
I only wanna overeat at meals when I'm lean but I guess when you're fat you're overeating all day lol

I think most Americans are binge eaters these days. Every place i go out to eat all i see is fat people stuffing themselves until they can barely move.
I use portion control when i eat, i eat until i am satisfied, not until i am full. I find it easier to eat like this and you don't feel tired after a meal, but i also stay away from heavy carb meals and follow a pretty clean diet with lots of veggies.
I've never been one to snack, i either eat or don't. I can put away a lot of food, but i can usually control myself the majority of the time. However, after a few beers i can eat enough for a ferw people.

you qualify if you binge eat once weekly(carbup-cheat day??), esp when its done over months.
hell, to be honest i have to restrict myself at every single meal, or id do it all the time.
i have problem stopping all the way before i literally get sick(almost vomiting).
now i dont know where this comes from i guess from the same bodybuilding food at all times.
i only dont qualify fully bc in order to quilify you have to be non sportive person.
oh and eating little sweet snack all throughout the day qualifies too.

thats why its stupid to diet you always always end up binge eating because your body really needs those calories thats why. just eat whatever you want when you want try to gain instead of diet

Anytime one uses the word disorder, they're full of shit. There are only conditions, as their is no order in neurology. The human condition being the most general.

Anyhow binge eating is bullshit.
It's the media's fault.
Television internet exist, because of advertising.
Advertising'S role is to manipulate people's decisions.
If it failed to do so, most media would cease to exist.
So if the only reason it exist, is that it effects decisions how can that fact be denied.

i used to binge everyother day when i was inshape, i just couldnt diet any harder i always gave in. your gonna kill yourself if you try drastic measures to diet
you binge eating is the right thing your body will show you and tell you whats best or worst

i binge eat at the ALL you can eat Shakeys all the time, Pizza, Mojo Potatos, and Fried Chicken, The Local Brazilian ALL you can eat , and When ever i hit a Buffet in Las Vegas

Technically, all serious or prep dieting would be considered disordered eating by the textbook. And, it for the most part is. Deficient in a lot of micro nutrients. Not at all balanced.
But they should consider binge eating as a new new disorder. theres a lot of really fat motherfukers out there!

or just use some DNP and fry some unnecessary fat cells in the process. I believe that one of the big reasons some people have a hard time keeping bodyfat of is way too many extra fat cells that never go away.

i definitly have alot of fatcells even when i dieted hardcore i could still pinch alot of pecs and glutes
now im sure i have tons. but dieting just makes me want to sleep alot im eating a TON of oats right now as an experiement to see where it will take me

Johnny Falcon, these people should be worrying less about binge eating and more worried about the over excess of heme-iron and meat in their diet.

yeah you are right about that heme-iron is whats killing everyone, it accumulates in the forms of cancer and plaque in arteries
carrying extra fat is the same thing as walking around with dumbells strapped to your back the whole day, more stress on heart and muscles, but reality is its a healthy stress as long as your not consuming more heme-iron
