To reach bodybuilding glory, or reach your potential, you really need to start the steroids in your teens. 15-16-17 at the latest. You will never become as good as you could have been if you start at like 21+ like everyone recommends. It's too late and you lost too much time.

You can always drug it up if you have the genetics and equally important, the discipline. Look at what age Phil started. Don Youngblood..pip. Toney Freeman after a 10 year break, Orville Burke also. Im not saying Im any of those guys but it can be done. If wanted bad enough.
