Any vanilla whey protein powder will serve as a base for almost any flavor combo you can think (except chocolate). Much cheaper than these pricey designer protein powders.
Try using apple juice, egg nog (or half and half) and cinnamon... pretty damn good.

What does that mean? What results do I expect from this? Protein powder is protein powder... I don't expect anything different than what I was getting in the past with other protein powders. Only reason I switched because I was ready to try a new flavor, and I'm just saying that this tastes good!

No its Not straight Up Whey. Its a mix of different proteins (kinda like optimum's pro complex) this has whey, milk protein, Egg albumin, and brown rice protein (???)

Usually these blends use cartillage and shit like that. Pure garbage. They tell you on the label that isolate has 99% bioavailability but they don't have any, then they use made up words.

Sounds like a good mix but it could be garbage if it's cut with brown rice. Whey, casein, and egg are fantastic. Just wonder if the stuff you have is mainly rice protein.

We buy those cause my wife likes them. But I eat whole Eggs for my first meal, don't think I can substitute egg whites for protein shakes though! Ugh!
