Okay guys just got out of the gym after doing heavy triples on the Bench Press followed by standinig tricep extensions for sets of 8 for assistance. About to run in Gennaro's and grab my meatball subs I intend to craze on during my double Security shift. Also have my cooler full of Monster energy drinks, a large bag of Fritos and a thrmos full of Maxwell House coffee. I'm ready. I'll be moderating the chat forum through the night via my Blackberry.
